Refund & Return Policy – Yavanica
Yavanica is operated from the Netherlands. This Return & Refund Policy applies to orders shipped within the United States.
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, the following terms apply.
Return Period
You have 30 days from the confirmed delivery date (according to the carrier tracking information) to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused
- Be in the same condition as received
- Be in the original packaging
- Include all accessories, labels, and documentation
Returns requested after 30 days from confirmed delivery are not eligible for refund.
Return Shipping Costs
Because we offer free shipping on all orders within the United States, the original outbound shipping cost is not charged to customers.

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items:
If your item was delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs will be covered by Yavanica after review and approval.

Change of Mind Returns:
If you ordered the wrong item, the item does not fit, or you no longer want it, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:
- Email info@yavanica.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for return authorization and instructions.
- Package the item securely in its original packaging.
- Ship the item using a trackable shipping service.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the returned item is properly packaged and shipped with tracking. We recommend keeping proof of shipment until the return is completed.
Refunds

Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days.
- Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

- A clear photo of the item
- A photo of the packaging (if damaged)
Failure to report delivery issues within a reasonable timeframe may affect eligibility for replacement or refund.

Items showing signs of use, damage not caused by shipping, or missing components may not qualify for a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they are processed.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. In that case, you may initiate a return after delivery if eligible.
Lost or Refused Packages
If a package is refused at delivery or returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
Yavanica is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a payment dispute.
Initiating a chargeback without first attempting resolution may delay the refund process while the dispute is under review.
